Dr. Yehiel Harary received his Ph.D. from the University of Tel – Aviv (2005) and now is a professor at the School of Communication at Sapir College. Previously taught at Tel – Aviv University and served as a journalist, a parliamentary aide, communications consultant and senior professional consultant at the government Housing Ministry and the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Employment.
